Since the very first design award in 1993, more than 800 participants have taken part in the competition. It was a personal matter to the organisers to find out more about the further career of many participants.

Within the framework of a citizen labour post, elaborate research has been done by Ms Egert. The result of that is the brochure “SPURENSUCHE – Teilnehmer am APOLDA EUROPEAN DESIGN AWARD, 1994-2011”, which can be downloaded here.
